Scope of Agreement

These terms cover all services offered by 8winrm, including sports betting, online slots, live casino, and all deposit and withdrawal facilities. Any new services added in the future are also subject to these terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

Updates to Terms

8winrm reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the 8winrm platform. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. Anyone who registers or provides false information regarding their age may face immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

Regional Eligibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the local laws in their area of residence. 8winrm operates under international licensing and makes no representation regarding the legality of use in any particular jurisdiction.

One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. If 8winrm detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended without prior notice.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Required information includes your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), a valid email address, mobile phone number and any other requested details. Any changes to this information must be updated promptly through account settings.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 8winrm will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately.

Identity Verification

8winrm reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the set timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the 8winrm account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will be processed once wagering requirements have been met and identity verification is complete. Withdrawal funds will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by our finance team. Processing time is between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the selected method.

Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes within the 8winrm platform and cannot be transferred. 8winrm reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed incorrectly, including through the use of multiple accounts, deposits from unauthorised sources, or system manipulation. 8winrm's decisions regarding bonus settlement are final.

VIP Programme and Cashback

Active users may qualify for the 8winrm VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback based on membership tier. The tiers are Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%) and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Tier advancement is determined based on betting activity and user loyalty.

Game Integrity

Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, back-end calculation tools or any other technical means to influence game outcomes. Detection of any such methods will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances including accumulated winnings.

Sports Betting

Bets on sporting events are subject to the odds set at the time the bet is placed. 8winrm reserves the right to cancel bets if there is a technical error, incorrect information at the time of betting, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the integrity of the event. The decision of the betting adjudicator is final.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and bet type. These limits may change without prior notice based on market conditions and risk management policy. Users are advised to check the current limits before placing bets.

Self-Limit Tools

Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Requests to reduce limits will take effect immediately, while requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to ensure decisions are made carefully.

Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they need a break from betting may apply for self-exclusion through 8winrm customer support. The exclusion period can be selected from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, your account will not be accessible and you will not receive any promotional communications.

At-Risk Pattern Detection

The 8winrm team monitors betting patterns that may indicate a gambling problem. If such patterns are detected, we reserve the right to proactively contact the user, offer support, or impose temporary limits for the user's own benefit. These actions are part of our commitment to responsible gambling.

Technical Disruption

8winrm is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet disconnections, server failures or other technical issues beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we strive to ensure maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Information Errors

While we strive to ensure all information on the platform is accurate, 8winrm is not responsible for any errors, omissions or outdated information. In cases where incorrect odds or results are displayed, 8winrm reserves the right to correct such errors and void affected bets if necessary.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the principles of international law applicable to online gambling under our licensing. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Right of Closure by 8winrm

8winrm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, use of multiple accounts, attempted money laundering or other illegal activity. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

Closure at User Request

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting 8winrm customer support via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be returned once the standard withdrawal process is completed and identity verification is satisfied.
